Project Description
This Winter Haven home came to us with two problems feeding each other. The roof needed full replacement, and the TPO membrane covering a pool overhang had failed — a structural dip was trapping water instead of draining it. That standing water rotted through the wood decking, bowed the structure, and eventually worked its way inside, damaging ceiling fans and lighting.
Gullett Roofing replaced the entire roof and the TPO covering. Before the new membrane went down, we added structural reinforcements to correct the bow and ensure proper drainage — so the same problem can't happen again.
The result: a sound structure, a watertight seal, and a roof built to handle whatever Florida throws at it.
